These terms apply to your use of hargharkhushi.com and any purchase you make from us. The site is run by Makkad Homes Private Limited ("Har Ghar Khushi", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. 1. Products and pricing We try to show product details, images and prices accurately. Colours and textures may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations of up to 2 mm are normal in manufacturing. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel an affected order, and if we do we will refund any amount you have paid for it. 2. Orders and payment An order is confirmed once payment is received (or accepted for cash on delivery, if offered). We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an incorrect address. 3. Shipping and installation Delivery is free across India. Where a product says free installation, it is completed within 4 working days of delivery. Delivery times depend on the product and your location. See our Shipping Policy for details. 4. Refunds We do not offer refunds or returns. Please see our Refund Policy. 5. Warranty Warranty terms differ by product and are stated on each product page. A warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wrong installation by others, water damage or normal wear and tear. 6. Use of the site You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful. All content on the site, including images, text and logos, belongs to Har Ghar Khushi and may not be copied without permission. 7. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. 8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh. 9. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to it. 10.
